In modern society, it is often argued that the best way to motivate and encourage people to work hard is to pay them based on how much they produce and sell. It is clear that although this is one of the ways to motivate them, there are other methods in order to encourage individuals to make their effort on their job.

The only way to reduce the amount of traffic in cities today is by reducing the need for people to travel from home for work, education or shopping. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

It is an argued that nowadays, transport can be reduced by doing everything online mainly work, studies and shopping. I personally disagree with this statement because it is not an appropriate solution to the problem.

Recently, a social issue related to who need to take the responsibility of individuals to take care of their own health and diet. Some argue that individuals should responsible for their own health. I disagree with this viewpoint almost entirely. As far as effectiveness is concerned, I strongly hold that governments should contribute to making sure that foods are healthy and safe.

In this contemporary era, many laymen are very passionate about smoking and it is very common all around the world; however, smoking is not only causing harmful effects to smokers, but also to mankind who are close to them. Although there are arguments on both sides, due to my personal beliefs I agree that a ban is the most appropriate course of action. Some part of the society believes that an inadequate amount of domestic waste is recycled. Besides, they claim that the only solution to boosting recycling is introducing legal statements by authorities. In my opinion, making recycling compulsory would be beneficial.
