There are two ways of teaching the young generation. Firstly, students follow the lesson from their home. Transfer knowledge is held by interacting more closely between a student and his/her teacher. We are faced with different kinds of situations in life and some of them are considered bad situations. These bad situations include employment challenges and the common problem of having enough money. People's responses to bad situations can be very different. Some accept this while others try to improve themselves by seeking better employment with more rewards. I believe that sometimes accepting this is necessary, while in other circumstances it is good to try and improve yourself to avoid this.

They may work in offices, at the library, in labs or as teachers’ assistants. They earn money for living expenses and sometimes receive a reduction in tuition as well. Is this a good idea? It is considered that a lack of scholarship results in that at higher academic institutions some students work during their studies. For instance, they might work as lecturer's assistants. For this reason, the fee for education can be decreased. In my view, it has a good effect on the learners. The former reason is that less tuition enables people to focus on their studies and researchers. The latter reason is that having enough money for a living has a good influence on the mental health of students.
