Over the last two or three decades, advertising has been being influenced an enormously than ever before. some believe that this ad is positive for people and businesses while others say that this is an adverse impact. However, this essay discusses both viewpoints, I strongly agree with the former opinion for the following reasons.

In the future, more people will choose to go on holiday in their own country and not travel abroad on holiday. Do you agree or disagree?

In this era of fast travelling, people like to commute a lot but the prediction says that more individuals will like to plan their vacation time in their homelands instead of the international trips. I do not concur with the said statement mainly because of two reasons, lack of local places to visit and curiosity to explore the world. I have explained both points of view in the further paragraphs.

According to some, all houses of the same area should look alike, no matter when they were built. While others believe that people have to have a right to choose the appearance of buildings in their neighbourhood. I think that the houses are an important part of city culture and have to be moderated by the government.

In the contemporary era, a lot of business runners concentrate on major factors that motivate their workers to stay at their positions in the company. I firmly agree that there are ample causes that can encourage people to keep working for the same organization; Hence, the reasons will be further illustrated in this essay before drawing a logical conclusion.

Designing new cities' layout is one of the most difficult jobs because many factors have to be considered, including the proportion of each amenity. The majority of people believe that health facilities like public parks and sports centres are more significant than shopping centres. Nevertheless, I am more convinced that health centres are just as essential as malls.

Many people support the idea that history is a vital subject for students in school while others opine and support that teaching the latest technology will help them more in future. I believe old aged stories are important, However, understanding of technology is more essential for children to study. This essay will discuss both views with examples.

Some individuals commented that training youngsters online are the most advantageous. However, others provide more relevance to school teaching. Personally, I advocate the second view opposing the first owing to the fact that scientific knowledge builds up teenagers' mental knowledge. Although home training has its advantages too. This essay will shed light on both views and provide evidence to prove the arguments.

Due to the over-crowded residencies in the developed cities , it is suggested to construct houses in rural areas which are nearby the cities. In my opinion villages and their greenery are important but providing fair housing to everyone is also essential to avoid congestion in the city

What is the most important thing for workers is a controversial topic. While some people think that building good relationships with other workers is essential, others believe that working hard is important. This essay, as my opinion leads to, will try to elaborate on reasons why I personally think that the former's idea is one of the essential points in terms of working, although I also understand the important fact that all employees should concentrate on doing tasks.

Nowadays people think that an automobile that runs from petroleum-based oil should be prohibited and instead with the motor that uses electricity as a fuel. In my opinion, I agree with this statement because vehicles from electrical fuel are cheaper and environmentally friendly to the system.

Adolescents these days are having more stress than teenagers in the old days. I completely agree with this view because they have to study hard so that they can enter their dream universities and some teenagers are also being under pressure due to their parents are forcing them to enrol in specific faculty that they do not have an interest in.
