It is sometimes argued that some firms and factories should be moved to countrysides to get better development for both cities and individuals. In my opinion, there are more benefits than drawbacks.

Many people believe that being the primary bread earners for their families, people generally decide on their job on the basis of the annual package that is offered by it. In my opinion, though the salary is a key deciding factor when selecting a job, there are other significant factors also that must be considered as they impact the long term success of the individual in that company.

The quality of education plays a vital role in one's success. Over the last few decades, the importance of the style of teaching is ever increasing. Nowadays, the majority of people think that school education should focus more on the skills which lead to the success of the students rather than only achieving academic milestones.
