In some cities, there are few controls over the design and construction of new homes and office buildings, so people can build in whatever style they like. Do you think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

Urban areas have not an appropriate maintaining of the structures and drawings of the residential and commercial purposes and folks mould whatever they wish. From my perspective view, the demerits outraced the merits. This essays will discuss the useful fact of this epidemic and also discuss the possible drawback.

Public transports are one of the essential pillars for the economic development of a country. They utilise the low resource to transport people which in return provide low resource utilisation of the country. Out of the two economical public means, railways proved to be higher economical and beneficial than roads. Railways are safer and environment friendly compared to roadways. I am in complete agreement with the statement which will be elaborated further.

Media has a strong negative influence on today's generation and have abated their social circle. In today’s world, the number of unemployed people is ever increasing. Even in some developed ,countries this problem needs a real solution. Thus, it is the best idea that all students before their steps for adult life should take an additional gap year. Analyzing many sides of this problem I decided to report that this is a good idea which completely helps the young generation for their future thanks to learning time management and pay attention to self-improvement.

Today the high sales of popular consumer goods reflect the power of advertising and not the real needs of the society in which they are sold. To what extent do you agree with these views? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Since the advent of print media, people are using this media to promote their products that are released in the market. It had a very simple motive: to showcase the product to the world of consumers. Nowadays, the product manufacturers are using the advertisement not only for promoting their product but for beating the competition, for which they show unrealistic claims that are not proven yet to the consumers. Therefore, I totally agree with the notion that higher sales of popular consumer goods are the result of the advertisement.

In this modern era, as enhancing the education system, the expectations of people also increased by leaps and bounds. Some people think practical trade subject should include along with routine courses. I have completely disagreed with the concerned view. As increased the number of vehicles on road due to enhancement in technology, the question has been raised to curtail the expansion of accident on the road. Some believe that by restricting the speed of vehicles accidents can be commuted effectively while others have a view that there are various ways to address these said issues. Many governments are making every effort to enhance their economy to strengthen each country's quality of living. On the contrary, Some alert that other cultural values are deteriorating due to the development. Although I agree with their view to some extent, I believe that the benefits brought by a good economy far outweigh its drawbacks.

There has been an on-going debate about whether the elder employees aged after 65 are supposed to keep labouring in their original positions. Many people argue that they should not be permitted to work after this threshold age for they are no longer as productive as before. From my perspective, however, an individual's retirement should only depend on his or her own will.

One of parents’ most important responsibilities is perhaps taking good care of their offsprings. It is believed that it should be compulsory for all mums and dads to take parenting courses so that they are better prepared for parenthood. While I accept that such classes are beneficial, I do not agree that they should be mandatory.
