At this day and age, there are some people didn't follow a health daily rotuine which leds them to get sick most of the time. It can be argued that those people suppose to spent more money on the health care that they will take. I take the view that those people are responsable about their own cure since that thery didn't do what they suppose to do the aviod the illness, and save thier health.
