Today, the internet is an example of looking for a good solution to health problems. It can be useful for people who have not any understanding of medicine, but can cause some unwanted circumstances. In this essay, I will differentiate these two views and give my own opinion.

A country's economic stability relies on the flow of money. People's demand for product varies based on the product's prices. However, product's price is also affected by inflation. Inflation is influenced by money flow in economy, import and exports. Yet the flow in economy depends on how people spend their money. It is a chain where each factors depends on one another.

Furthermore, these types of books don't occupy as much place as traditional ones and it gives them more flexibility

Some people believe that older people were healthier and happier in the past because they were engaged more in exercises and sport, more time with friends and family whereas nowadays most suffer loniness and health problems. Urbanization has lead to adoption of digital devices, such as, mobile phones, laptops and computers, these gadgets are primarly used as a medium of entertainment that leads to a sedentary life. Moreover, a sedentary life leads to social isolation, which in turn increases stress and mental health issues that negatively impacts their overall happiness.
