Car ownership has increased so rapidly over the past thirty years that many cities in the world are now 'on ebig traffic jam'. How true do you think this statement is ? What measures can governments take to discourage people from using their cars?

I was born when car ownering was a point of rich people. Having a car in your garage require some more efforts like clining, providing regular technical sevice, changing tyres and more similar things. Hangling all of those features needs to pay the bills on time. So in previous years of my life I though it would be initialy better to buy a home instead of buy a car.

It is important for people to take risks, both in their professional lives and their personal lives. Do you think the advantages of taking risks overweigh the disadvantages?

Individuals should not be afraid of taking risks in their lives, particularly in their occupational and personal decisions. It is very often believed that every risk bring high reward, nonetheless, usually it is not the reality. If a decision did not well evaluated, then it may reveal bad consequences. In contrast, taking risk can be very rewarding in professionals' hands. Moreover, it can help to double step to forward. In my opinion, disadvantages clearly outweigh advantages, because I strongly believe that unintentionally taken risks may cause unreturnable dilemmas.

Some people believe that having older population raises challenges for the government. Others feel that having older generation can benefit the society. Despite there might be several positive impacts for the society by nurturing older generation, I still think that the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.

It is often argued that whether well-educated experts should be limited to work only in where they studied or anywhere in the world. People who believe professionals should stay where they trained support the idea of experts use a certain amount of resources that potentially could redirect someone in that country, therefore they need to pay taxes by working in the country. In contrast, others advocate for the working and travelling independence. Thus, some families force their possibilities in terms of financial and emotional, and send their kids abroad for good education. Also, they expect to see their kids helping to their nation. In my opinion, in the contemporary world, people should not be restricted in any context, so they should work wherever they want.

The mostly used method for selecting employers for a job position is the interview method.
