In many countries, a huge amount of people have a strong preference for owning a house rather than renting one. I firmly assert this trend is positive.As it encourages individuals to purchase a home instead of spending money on rent.This essay will elucidate the benefits of this mindset.

Teenagers nowadays is easy to influce to study the various diciplines of knowledge. They learn about many things where got from the internet, social media, lecturer and many others resources. The benefit of this technology give them passion for study with their own self, such as cooking, engineering, philosophy, etc. I my point of view, it is more comprehensive method to encourage them.

For example, some countries like Germany have strict rules about waste, and it works well there.

That’s why some people prefer to buy lower prices of tickets. In my opinion, tickets which are very cheap can be uncomfortable and dangerous for people while it can also create a chance to travel easily. This essay will discuss both merits and demerits of low-priced airplanes in detail.

Humanity can provide a better atmosphere in the nation which can be obtained by respect. I personally believe that a country with respectful people has the potential to become flawless.

In the 21st century, advanced gadgets like the internet, laptop or phones are used commonly to transfer money for families, friends and businesses even though they are remote places. Although there are several significant a positive points to prove this phenomenon, I think that demerits can outweigh merits.

It is suggested that all vehicles will be automised, and the people will be there only as a passenger. While it can lead to the unemployment and there is still some faiths to the robotic transport, I believe that driverless trains will open the doors to the dangerous zones, and it can save some financial resources.

In this modern age, some people are of the opinion that scholars should be allowed to choose the stream they prefer to pursue after graduating senior high school. I strongly agree, with this notion as some students might enroll themselves in the core academic courses and the others in trade skills.
