The English language in education today is all-pervasive. Hear more English, speak more English and become more successful. It can also has become a dominant area in education and industry even in non-English speaking countries. The dominance of English as a global language has created a new set of challenges for individuals who do not have English as their first language. While English has become the language of international business, education, and communication, it has also led to a disadvantage for non-native English speakers who may not have access to the same opportunities and resources as their English-speaking counterparts. This inequality in access to education and opportunities is a significant problem that can limit career growth and create a barrier to social mobility. There are several possible solutions to this problem, but two of the better solution is to encourage diversity in the workplace and education and promote cultural exchange
