For me is complicate because I agree with both sides, however I thing the best opcion is sports as the sport keeps you active, you exercise distract you, and it is healthy as well

First of all, I would like to start by pointing out the education that parents give to their children, children usually do what parents let them do, and if they are allowed to play any kind of game, such as adventure, action, horror, etc, then they are exposed to any kind of content.
