In centery 21 all the world starting the manufactring and production and nobody care about the rubbish from this proccess. The rubbish can come also from the carness of the recycling procces, and this cost the world more than recycling proccess.

People with 10 or more years' experience are far more knowledgeable than people still in their twenties. It is therefore logical that employees should always choose older people over young people for work. What are your opinions on this?

People who have practiced their work over a decade are considered to be more aware of the field they have worked in, than people under 30, consequently, they are more preferable at the workplace and employers should pay mor attention to older generation rather than youngmen, while choosing potential employees. Undoubtedly, both experienced and young people have their advantages at the workplace, but in my opinion the emphasis of the company while choosing should depend on the field in which the organization operates and the strategy for the future they've chosen.

A/There is no doubt that these days nations are increasingly adopting international cooperation as a principle to help eliminate the challenges that disadvantaged countries are facing. This paper will investigate different types of assistances that rich countries can provide for poor countries other than financial aid. Eventually, I will argue why it is important for rich countries to diversify the types of aids provided to the deprived countries. In terms of some views, it is important to not limit the types of assistances provided to the disadvantaged countries to financial aid only. The main reason provided to support this claim is that sometimes poor countries suffer from government failure. To illustrate, in countries where there is a government failure, the government is unable to allocate adequately the resources in its country. For example, in Yemen where there is no reliable government, people suffer from poverty, high unemployment rates and high inflation rates....
