In some countries there are few controls over the design and construction of homes and other buildings, and owner can decide on the design of their houses. Do the advantages of this outweigh the drawbacks?

There are a few restrictions when building the house or other buildings. In most regions, there are certain constraints with respect to design and construction. However, the landlord can choose the pattern as per their interest. In this essay, I will explain the disadvantages over benefits. The main reason why some nations prefer to control the building design and construction is to follow a template design by which it can be delivered fast and cost effective. Nowadays, some country's government has approved the tobacco law that smokers shouldn't smoke in the public places namely work, restaurant, and school. On the one hand, some countries concern that the regulation will violate human rights, also everyone has the right to do anything that an individual prefers to do, and one of them is to smoke in public areas. This seems that these countries' citizens think that their right to smoke is more important than others' right to be healthy. Some people believe that studying online is more effective than studying on campus while others disagree. discuss the advantages and disadvantages of online learning

Nowadays, with the advancement of technology, some people find online learning more effective. There are two primary advantages of online study. Firstly, it far less expensive than attending on- campus because it saves a lot of money. Students do not need to spend transportation fees or gasoline. For instance, they dont need to go to the unversities thus saving a lot of money. Secondly, it far more convenient because they they would be able to study at the comfort of their home w/ just a click on their computer where they can log in anytime they want. If they need to meet their mentors or professor, they can easily meet them virtually or chat with them anytime. Communicating with the faculty staff is very accessible with use of gadgets and right applications. A recent study by Harvard University showed that online study is far more effective because of it's convenience. Overall, it clearly shows that e-learning is more effective than face-to-face study.
