Many of the medical problems that people are experiencing in today's world are due to the fact that we have a very sedentary lifestyle.

In cannot be denied that modern people are facing various health problems and diseases. Some people believe thatthe explanation for this is due to our inactive lifestyle. From my perspective, the reason can be considered as one ofthe biggest problems, however, we cannot ignore others more dangerous impacts that can easily cause sickness toour well-being.

There is a belief that most of the illnesses that people are having these days is caused by the lack of physical activity.In my opinion, this is partially true, because a part of health problem is caused by the fact that people simply livelonger.

Some parts of the globe are witnesses of an ascending rate of both obesity and similarly the associated diseases.However,some probable factors are uttered here,whereas the possible solutions are given as well to iron out the issue. The promotion on the social media's as well as on the televisions play an important role these days. Some argues that it should be banned because no longer use of these. Now ,days as technology is growing quickly pupils becoming more and more dependent on computers . however convenient education is made by the use of technology, associated problems persists which I am going to discuss and try to provide possible solutions for the same. First of all young one's are spending more and more time online either studying or playing games which is promoting a sedentary lifestyle in them, Adding further their social life is suffering as much as their physical health is. This causes problems such as obesity , depression, underdeveloped social as well as communication skills. The way in which how people claim waste in contemporary society has become a topic of discussion among researchers.It is true that,with the advancement of state of art technology,garbage plays an integral role in human evolution.However,a significant proportion of society is in the view that garbage is not enough of the waste from homes recycled.In my point of view, the government want to make a legal requirement.I am inclined to believe that,household garbage becomes a major problem until involving the authorities by declaring laws on garbage.
