The virus looms over our heads, causing anxiety and fear. We can either drown in this anxiety or rise above. While the first few days were hard, slowly you adjust and start appreciating all the things around you.

In the recent few decades, there has been a significant growth in the field of globalization. Now, most of the countries have developed their transportation network in order to provide a hassle free travel and in the saving of time. Due to the enhancement of transportation network, there has been increase in the number of vehicles on the roads, which has led to the traffic and pollution problems but increasing the price of petrol is not a solution for these problems.

From its birth onwards, movies and shows have permeated practically every section of society. It is generally believed that foreign movies and TV shows should be acquired due to their cultural benefits, however, there are those who vehemently advocate locally produced ones. Several times the employers ask the applicants applying for a job for some personal information like, their hobbies,interests and whether they are married or not. Some people feel it's necessary to ask such questions, where as the others do not agree. In my opinion, It's a debatable issue.

In a number of countries, sleeping hours of individual are reducing day-by-day. This is primarily due to modern lifestyle, hectic working hours and technology advabncement. Some professionals are well-paid in few countires. While some argue that this is beneficial for a country, Others believe that government ought to restirct the amount paid to employees. In this essay, I will discuss both sides of the arguments and support the former view with relevant examples. On the one hand, Those who believe that limiting salaries by government is neccessary because this will curtail other employees success. This is due to unfair paying system, which demotivates other employees at work place. For instance, If two employees with same credentials working in a same field and are not paid equally, then one have to face hurdles in his career growth which is completely injustice within employees.
