Most high-level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50 percent female. Companies should be required to allocate a certain percentage of these positions to women. To what extent do you agree?

Many high-level positions in companies are filled by male employees although in many developed countries, more than 50 percent of workforce are female. Some people argue that companies should provide employment to a certain percentage of females in these positions. I completely disagree with this statement because this restricts companies to achieve their desired goals and fosters discrimination among men and women in the employment procedure.

The substantial influence of this trend has sparked controversy over its potential impact in recent years. In my opinion, the former proposition appears to be more rational. This essay will further elaborate negative effects of this trend along with some remedies to solve this problem thus will lead to a logical conclusion.

In my view, while others believe media coverage as uninspiring, I believe it is one of the strongest motivitional method for people to practice. In this essay I will discuss both views below.

In recent years, many cities have had a problem related to a traffic jam because of the amount of car accumulation. I think I can suggest a several ideas to the authorities to solve this problem. First, the government should prepare the public transportation route. For example, Indonesia has a decent public transport system, although Monorail trains are probably the better option for short distances and trains over long distances. But these public transportations are limited and most developed only in Java and Bali. With the sufficient of public transportation all over Indonesia, this instantly decreases the number of car owners.

These days, some people hold the view that they should receive a bad situation in their daily lives, such as they work in an unsatisfactory job or they earn a shortage of money. But other people believe that they should try to improve such situations. In my opinion, I agree with the latter point, people should create a better working and living environment by themselves.

Nowadays , there is a growing trend toward importing international food product to local markets. I believe that although a variety of products is hilarious , only depending on these imported ones may impose a serious crisis on the economy as well as the environment .

In certain countries, there is a growing number of people becoming parents at a later age. Although the advantages of this includes financial and psychological aspects, I believe it can bring about more problems compared to any advantages it might bring.
