In the contemporary era, despite women accounting for above half of employees who work in firms in numerous first-world countries, they are not selected for managerial occupations. Some people disclose that establishments should dedicate a specific percentage of their vacancies to women. I wholeheartedly disagree with this idea because this policy leads to a deficiency of men’s motivation to work, and the productivity of companies is prone to a dramatic decrease by carrying out this policy.

There is an ongoing debate among some individuals regarding whether technological innovations such as cellphones are leading to a decline in social interaction among people. This essay will critically examine my perspective on the extent to which I agree or disagree with this argument.

Everyone wants to be successful, yet any recepy for it still hasn't been discovered. It is often said that the skills that are essential to become successful can be gained at a university. However, at the same time others argue that any academic institution is not capable of helping you with that. I partly agree with this statement believing that to succeed not only a university is needed, but also one's hard work.

QNowadays, an increasing number of students get confused after graduation if they obtain a job directly after school or study at a university or college, So some people assume that studying at a university is the better way to be successful in life, while others climate that is a good idea to get a job after graduation. In this essay, I will discuss both views and give my perspective.

These days, the number of local business names is decreasing day by day. These businesses are closing because they can not compete for prizes or they are bought by other big global companiescompanies. Although these changes could have some positive effects, In my opinion, their negative effects are much greater than that.

A gap year, is a year of travelling before graduates start taking a higher education at college, or going to work. It is so popular in this era that many students take it to enhance their experience and knowledge before they go to university, but some other students don’t take it because they think it is just wasting time. Nevertheless, I would say that taking a year off is not a rewarding activity for students for some reasons that are set out below.

In some countries an increasing number of children are overweight as a result of eating too much fast food. It is necessary for governments to ban selling this kind of food in schools. To what extend do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

An increasing number of children in some countries are obese because of consuming too much fast food. Some people argue that the government should ban selling fast food in schools. I completely agree with this viewpoint because it will reduce the intake of fast food among children in schools, and children will find out alternative healthy food options.

Although a majority of students continue their academic career after graduating from high school, some young adults choose to take a year leave before enrolling in university to travel or to work. In this essay, I elaborate on the reasons why I believe this phenomenon brings more benefits than drawbacks.

Most people consider extended lock-up periods results in lower crime rate. While, some think there are better alternatives to reduce crimes. Although, longer sentencing for a crime is one way to go, I believe there are other ways to cope up with felonies like improving rehabiliation facilities, providing more job opportunies, etc.

In the past, huge studios were the only possible to make films compared to these days where anyone who attempts to create films can do so, digital films allowing people for it. This will have pros and cons for both sides of it while the positive effects of being more acceptable is bigger than the negative side.

Since the 1970s, there has been a debate whether animals as a creature, have their own rights. I believe that animals belong to their designated habitat, therefore I strongly agree that zoos should stop operating in every countries.

Although electronic devices such as smart phones and the internet allow contemporary people to connect with society more easily and strongly, they also brings them drawbacks. In this essay, I elaborate on the reasons why I strongly believe that the merits of online communication far prevail over its demerits.

Some people argue that employers should give their staff at least 1 month holiday a year to improve their performance at work. I personally agree with this viewpoint because holiday refreashes their minds, and they can spend quality time with their families.

Despite the fact that this alteration has its disadvantages, I would argue that there are more advantages. In this essay, I am going to elaborate on some benefits and drawbacks of the given topic.

There is no denying the fact that in the next few years most of the people will read newspapers and books online instaed of paying them. While it is a commonly held belief that nowadays no one are paying for books they can get them online and free. This essay agrees with this statement.

One of the major problems faced by many urban areas is traffic jams. This is mainly because many people use their private cars instead of public transport in the rush hour. To tackle this problem, governments should promote public transportations and they can cooperate with employers to have flexible working hours for their employees.

People have divergent opinions about whether all university students should study whatever they like or some practical subjects that they can use in the future. I believe that studying the courses you truly like is better than forcing yourself to learn something you don’t like but is advantageous to your future.

In the upcoming years, the possibility of reading everything for free through online platforms may cause the lack of purchase in printed newspapers and books. It may be possible due to the lower price offered by electronic books, also known as e-books. However, some readers are still more comfortable in using paper-based books. I personally agree with the latter statement because human habit in using printed literatures is hard to change.
