In modern times, there is a trend that some married couples have a plan to decide get a baby after their professional careers have been achieved. This is a social problem which needs to be fixed at the nation level because some countries have struggled with the rate of population.

As the question mentions, people are increasingly more aware of the history of architecture in their own countries. There are mainly two reasons for this in my opinion. Firstly, simply for fun. And secondly, it is useful to gain a new idea for pursuing more comfortable lives.

In my opinion, it is true that the latest trends do have the influence on what people choose to enjoy leisurely, however, individuals will decide to continue following their own preferences.
