Due to an advancement of technology in a medication, individuals who born in this contemporary time seem to live longer than citizens in the past. In this essay, both advantages and disadvantages of this matter will be outlined before reaching a conclusion.

Nowadays, some people think that having a family party is compulsory as it is a form of gratitude because they have already achieved the milestone they wished for. Meanwhile, others believe that family celebration is not necessary since it is usually associated with luxuriousness. As a result, too much money will be wasted because of it. I argue that nothing is wrong with celebrating an event, but it is better for a family to save their money in case there are some incidental needs in the future. A further explanation of both views regarding this issue will be presented below.

The consumption of meat can affect the human health. Although, eating too much meat can cause some illness, it is an essential type of food which we should eat on a daily basis. Studies show that too much consumption of meat could cause extremely serious diseases such as diabetes and heart diseases. The main reason is that meat has too much fat which can increase cholesterol in blood. Moreover, eating unfit meat causes stomach diseases and overweight. If someone has a diet, he should not consume products of meat. For example, vegetarians who don't eat meat have a lower risk of heart illness than others.
