A company may have the best product, the most competitive price, the best workforce and the best managers, but if it lags in decision-making, it won’t last long. There is an ongoing debate regarding, some major decisions regarding the welfare of the company that should only be taken by managers; however, others counter claimed that, the addition of employees is necessary while making some decisions for the wellness of the brand. Prior to my stance, both viewpoints would be discussed in the upcoming paragraphs with valid explanations.

A group of individuals supports that it is more beneficial for people to study business rather than study history. Personally, I agree with the idea of studying business in terms of a developed, modern technological world that people will live in.

Due to the injuries caused ,many people think that animal testing should be prohibited, however, some people claim that they should used for tests in order to benefit humanity. In my opinion, this must be overcome and researchers use other approaches for their experimentation.

Whereas others opine that real happiness comes only by having experience, satisfaction and by the strong bondings of their loved ones. I totally agree with the latter view because I believe that materialistic things are not able to feel happier than ever.

It is true that the majority of individuals love to spend the most part of their life where they were born. Family connections, attachment to their roots and a sense of belonging are some quiet reasons for doing that. I think it is more advantageous as they can easily settle in their own countries and never face any kind of culture shock.

However, this issue can be mitigated by taking steps by schools as well as parents by counselling students and teaching them the negative effects of immoderate mobile use.
