Childhood obesity is an alarming and growing problem in most developed countries. Multiple studies revealed that one main reason behind this issue is people consuming increased amounts of processed food. Processed foods lack nutritious fibers and vitamins and are packed with saturated fats, sugar and conservatives, leading to obesity in the long run. In addition, children nowadays are less active. A general lifestyle change and excessive gadget use result in reduced physical activity. Many kids prefer video games or scrolling on their phones rather than engaging in sports or outdoor play. This lack of movement negatively impacts their overall health and well-being.

Nowadays most working places directors and managers are from the old age group , some people believe young age skilful employees should have the chance to manage and direct the work. For this , they are the best leaders compared to younger age workers.
