As far as I am concerned, effective education in universities prepare individuals for a bright future and guarantee professional qualifications.

In developed countries, children have been suffering from higher levels of obesity compared to their previous ancestors due to a more sedentary lifestyle. The primary problems of this phenomenon are the level of health decrease day-by-day as well as increase in different kind of diseases and the most viable solutions are to educate people and make them aware about this.

Without a doubt, I agree with the statement and believe that in doing so, the quality of education can boom to greater heights and provide students with a myriad of benefits.
