In many countries today, crime novels and TV crime dramas are becoming more and more popular. Why do you think these books and TV shows are popular? What is your opinion of crime fiction and TV crime dramas?

These days, bookshop shelves and TV schedules are heaving with crime stories worldwide. They have become favoured because of their atmosphere which can provide a sense of excitement and anticipation. I am a big admirer of this genre myself but in my judgement this is not the one and only reason, why they are popular. I tend to believe that reading or watching such stories are so gripping because of granting people an opportunity of immersing themselves in mysterious and unsolved situations.

Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled they say that the only way to increase recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extentrums are needed to make people recycle more of their waste?

In recent years, the environment has suffered significant damage due to irregular waste disposal, leading to adverse climate change effects. While many people believe that governing bodies should be solely responsible for taking action, I contend that both individuals and authorities have a role to play in promoting recycling and sustainable waste management practices.

Generally, there are two kinds of museums. For some of them people must pay for visits. However, others are free. There are benefits and drawbacks for both categories. The objective of this essay is on the first category, which is that people have to pay money to visit museums. In my opinion, the benefits of charging people to visit museums outweigh the drawbacks.

Nowadays, because of industrial development and economic growth, people have a surging demand for fossil fuels like oil, gas, and coal, and many of them are inclined to search for natural sources in some remote and undeveloped areas. From my perspective, I believe the demerits outweigh the positive aspects.

Today the way we consider human psychology and mental development is heavily influenced by the genetic sciences. We now understand the importance to inherited characteristics more than ever before. Yet we are still unable to decide whether an individual’s personality and development are more influenced by genetic factors (nature) or by the environment (nurture).

These days, the problem about gay marriage stays debatable. Learning a foreign language is an important part of the schoolers' curriculum. a majority of people strongly believe that they ought to learn it in the early years of their school time whereas some people are of the opinion that it is better to postpone these subjects to the future. I personally hold the view that these courses have to be taught in the first year of their study due to the high rate of spirit in the first years of studying and more free time that children have.

This essay disagrees that, firstly employment and university degrees are independent of each other. Furthermore, subjects like philosophy and history cannot be discontinued as they are pivotal for human society's development.

Using electronic calculators in school is very common now as it’ll help students to solve calculations faster so they don’t have to waste time on arithmetic calculations. Although using a calculator is much easier and faster, there are still some voices that students shouldn’t be using electronic calculators before they mastered mental arithmetic. I do not believe that unemployed people should be given money for doing nothing. However, I accept that some people are unable to work through disabilities or ill health, in which case welfare payments are appropriate. Other than these excep- tions, I see no reason why benefit claimants should not be made to work for their money like everyone else has to. There are many advantages to working. It can help the long-term unemployed get back into the routine of work. It is very easy to get out of the habit of getting up early in the morning and working from ‘9 to 5’. There are self-esteem and confidence issues to consider. Working provides people with a sense of purpose and self-worth. In the era of advanced technology and science, especially in the field of agriculture, many people still suffer from hunger. This is due to many reasons, like inadequate distribution of resources amongst people, corrupt practices, and the rise in global warming. All mentioned above problems will be discussed with their possible solutions.

Different people hold different opinions about telling the truth in a relationship. Some people claim that telling exact things is essential in any type of bonding while remaining argue that sometimes telling lies is also acceptable. I personally believe that honesty should be a main consideration in relation. I feel this way for a number of reasons, which I am going to illustrate in the following essay.
