Numerous people migrate to countries with English as their native language, for instance, to England or the USA, to continue their studies in their schools or universities. Needless to say, many are eager to study in English for various reasons.

While some claim that everyone has the right to use that, the opposite makes a statement that controlling permission the Internet in widespread way is essential. From my perspective, while the latter is valid to some extent, I consider myself an advocate of the former.

Some people raise the privacy concern that we are always being monitored without knowing it. While there are some drawbacks to using monitoring systems, I believe that the pros of using these systems outweigh the cons.
