Some people think that new houses should be built in the same style as the older houses in the local area. Others disagree and say local authorities should allow people to build houses in the style of their own choice. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

People have different views on how people should do in free time .while some argue that is crucial to do some activities that improve mind during the leisure time , others believe that free time just for resting and relaxing. eventually , I want to discuss these opposite views and give my input into the matter .

Some people believe that unpaid community service should be c compulsory part of high school programme(for example working for charity ,improving the neighbourhood, teaching sports to younger children) To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is an undeniable fact that " Education is the most powerful weapon used to change the world ." However , few masses opine that learners must perform community services like doing charity job , giving knowledge regarding sports without salary along with academics as a part of their high school programme . I partly accord with this statement . In this essay , I will discuss both views before deriving a meaningful conclusion.

Some people should not retire from their job at the stipulated age. I believe this is uncomfortable and can cause very problems.

It is a known fact that in constantly developing cities there is a huge demand for accommodation and rental properties. This raises a concern about the benefits and drawbacks of expanding leaving areas to the countryside. There are certainly a couple of factors that we need to consider, such as the growing population in big cities and subsequent growth in demand for rental and real estate properties. I believe that building apartments and homes in countryside locations is inevitable. And in fact, both the city and its habitants of it could benefit from it, which I am going to discuss in this essay.

According to some, all citizens should be given some wages from the government to live despite not being hired. I disagree with this view.

Parents have some dilemmas about the childcare process. Some parents prefer childcare centres to grandparents.Other parents think that grandparents are the best option for caring for kids.Both sides have advantages and disadvantages. Childcare centres such as kindergartens offer children systematic training and psychological support and which may turn back their academic success in future. Grandparents can not give systematic education like kindergarten but they give kids a lovely atmosphere and curiously enough children take role model grandparents manner easily by household. In my opinion, childcare centres are the best selection for children.

The pressure of a job is one of the biggest problems that many women face. Especially the women who give birth to their babies. Therefore, in many countries, the government allows them to leave their jobs during the first month after the birth of their babies to take maternity leave. In my opinion, it brings lots of benefits for them but has some disadvantages.

Number of people hold the beleive, advertisements are remarkably inducing us to purchase various products. Others argue, products marketing are so prevelant that it can not influence most of the individuals. From my perspectives, I have disaproval for the later view and I am agree with fromer statement.

Over the recent years in some particular countries, people are showing a high tendency to discover the history of their houses which is caused by various reasons. In my opinion, there are several ways to reach this information such as asking the old neighbourhoods.

Over the last few years, online Purchases have become more prevalent than the past. It is believed this trend go up because of many reasons. Consequently, there are merits and demerits for buying products over the internet. Both causes and impacts will be discussed below.

To my certain knowledge, a number of people hold a view that having high wages jobs is more noticeable than how much people satisfy with their careers. In comparison, in the past, society was happier and healthier than people in this day because they have a worked-life balance and not too much pressure from high comparative advantage likewise today.

Nowadays, some individuals are on par with the idea that contemporary time is beneficial for children, whereas, others are completely against it as they believe the past time was easier. In this, essay we are going to look at both sides of the coin.

Year by year, growing numerous growing tourists, instead of local people, have been attending all museums and ancient attractions in my city continually. Yet about 80% or more of them came from different cities of the country, or even from other countries all around the world. Why don't most visitors come from the local area?

Advertisement is an essential part of marketing. Because of that, many believe that it can influence people to buy things whereas, others argue that the idea is outdated. I completely agree with the former argument and the following paragraphs will support my view.

İn recent years, Many companies provide their workers with different arrangements or measures. Especially there are a large number of conflicts in Muslim countries. On the one ,hand some organizations support permitting sabbatical times, on the other ,hand some of them are not able to ensure.
