As many buildings have been built across the world, it is easily seen that there are a number of aged buildings. Though quite much money is being spent on them, some argue that the money should be for buildings new ones rather than repairing old ones.

Nowadays, technology has changed as a result human behaviour has changed. The merits of this field outweigh the demerits.

Nowadays, a growing number of people with health problems are trying alternative medicines and treatments instead of visiting their usual doctor. Do you think this is a positive or a negative development?

It is hard to deny that alternative medicines and treatments help people to get rid of health problems, and we should encourage this way to promote our medical influence. Such a fact leads impressionable people to generate the opinion that we should try plenty of medicines and treatments to keep healthy. However, such a statement suffers from both logical and factual fallacies. As far as health and feasibility are concerned, I strongly hold that we ought to visit doctors regularly.

After the recent global pandemic general health of the messes is largely discussed. According to some people it is on the state to control the medical situation, while other believes it should stem from each individual. Both the views have their own merits and demerits which will be analyzed in the upcoming subsequent paragraphs.

The School schedule is full of different subjects. One type of them is undoubted, another has numerous questions. One of the second type of subject is Physical education. Should Physical Education be part of the school schedule?

Learning from the real-life experiences could be the best way to perceive the knowledge heartily which may be last forever. That’s why, teachers should be bounded by the college and universities to work and see the things outside the academic life or theoretical view to practice the learning in real life example. I mostly support the prompt and will argue that why I have taken this stance within this disquisition.

It has become debatable whether Universities should deliver some essential skills and content which is required at job sites or should provide fixed courses irrespective of their use. In my perspective, the true motive of an educational institute should be to give certain useful knowledge to its learners since it is necessary for them to get a stable job and University itself would receive some name and fame.

It is often argued that in some years anyone will adquire printed stuff such as books, newspapers or magazines due to people will find it online for free. Although, I guess that this situation could be dramatic for independent libraries, I support that the population could have all of these resources in the Net for free.

Many people assume that the goal of every country should be to produce more materials and goods. To what extent do you agree or disagree that constantly increasing production is an appropriate goal?

In the present age, globalisation has put a pressure on every country to mass produce. That is why many people think that it needs to be the prime target of all nations. Personally, meanwhile I believe that this is crucial for the economic growth, I cannot completely agree with the statement, since some countries should concentrate more on other spheres.

In the present age, every family usually owns more than one car, and naturally, when children in the family become of age, they are eager to get their driver’s licences. Some people believe that raising the minimum age for driving a vehicle is the most effective way to prevent accidents. Although I agree, that the age increase could play a big part in reducing the number of car accidents, I cannot fully support this view because I believe that there are other equally important means that can be taken.

There are conflicting views regarding whether the lifestyles of individuals should be decided by themselves or ensured by the government. This essay will analyze arguments from both sides before deducting my personal opinion.

Two individual students from two different educational institutes definitely show differences in their scholastic performances even though their IQ is relatively similar. This provokes a myriad of concerns regarding what will influence students to achieve successful school performances which is the outcome of conventional education yet, to be meant as an entry requirement for their higher education or involvement in the workforce.

Due to Covid, more and more universities and colleges have started with distance lessons. Certain people believe that physical courses are better, and will never be substituted by online's ones. I think that in terms of teaching efficiency, face-to-face classes are definitely one step ahead, but distance learning has several benefits in other aspects.

Many manufactured food and drink products contain high levels of sugars which causes many health problems. Sugary products should be made more expensive to encourage people to consume less sugar. Do you agree or disagree?

This paper will discuss the positives and negatives of increasing the price of some sugary products to avoid individuals abusing them, owing to the big percentage of sugar in most of the food and drink existing on sale. In my opinion, high sugar levels are a universal problem which all of us have to be conscious of and try to select whether the sugar level is accurate or not depending on the circumstances.
