Technology have advance so much today. Many businesses are adapting these technologies to communicate professionally or socially. Some people think that technology as a medium have disadvantages while other believe that they should it as a medium for communication. Both advantages and disadvantages will be elucidated in the subsequent paragraphs.

While some keep their grounds that the former is more suitable, many do favor the latter in terms of building such a way of living. Both views will receive thorough consideration in the essay below, where the author’s opinion is given.

Given that all countries have their own problems to address, I agree with the argument that their priority should be given to their own disadvantaged people.

I highly agree with the aforementioned notion because of two major reasons which I am going to describe comprehensively in the following paragraphs.

It is argued by some people that it is a vital to keep one’s home and workplace tidy through putting everything in their correct place. I agree with this opinion because it saves time when a person is searching for a something and creates a habit of being disciplined.

Owning a home used to be the ultimate goal for people who want to build their lives and start a family. These days, things have changed and it became a norm for people especially younger generations to opt for renting instead of buying a house. While renting can have a lot of benefits, it certainly has some downsides as well and I will elaborate on this in the following paragraphs.

Many people feel that children should school at a very early age. Others argue that the age of seven is a suitable age to start school for children. There are numerous thoughts which I believe on which age is convenient for children but some of this research suggests that seven age is an appropriate age because an infant reaches a mature level and their cognitive skills develop at this age.

Nowadyas, people have more buying otipons, it can be seen, that popularity of big shopping mall, is increasing day by day, as a result, local shops are lossing their clients. From customer's point of view, this is a positive approach. People can buy many things at one and other facilities. Prices can be control due to compitions in the market.

In the recent past, the state has been spending huge amounts of wages for the community’s growth. A school of thought suggests that authorities should utilise some funds for the development of railway lines instead of expressway.I,however,believe that authorities should not only spend on railways but also equally devote themselves to byways for the better advancement of society.

With increasingly demand for energy, people start searching some new sources in rural areas or remote places. Although these can invade the wild and disturb animals, it allows getting the energy supply to maintain country's economy and citizen life. I believe these advantages far outweigh any potential disadvantages.

In this technological advancement era, robot will soon be norm. Many of the task which are performed by humans will soon be replaced by machines and robots. In my opinion this change will have more benefits than drawbacks.

In this contemporary era, population rate of each country is increasing swiftly; therefore, it created demand for residential houses. As a result many individuals started to buy and live in accommodation with no open air spaces. In my perspective, this trend triggers adverse effect on house owner's mental and physical health.
