Some people believe that electronic calculators should not be allowed in school until after the pupils have mastered mental arithmetic. Others believe that calculators save pupils time, especially with complicated calculations. Discuss both views and give your own opinions.

Advancements in technology have changed the way we approach learning in school, but there has been a hot debate on the use of electronic calculators in school, some say that because of the dependency calculators can create on young pupils, it should be banned. As for others, because of the benefits of saving time, especially with complex calculations, calculators should continue to be used. As for myself, I will first look at both sides and give ways we can approach this situation.

Some people believe that they should be able to keep all the money they earn, and should not have to pay tax to the state

Most people have to work throughout their life in order to earn enough money so as to ensure acceptable living standards for their families. However, all citizens of the state are obliged to pay taxes and non-payment of taxes is a criminal offence in any country in the world. I mostly agree with this sentence and will try to illustrate my point of view in this essay.

In the recent ,era there is a question that what men can do and what women cannot be able to do all are equal nowadays. The different qualities of men and women cannot affect their jobs or lifestyle. I totally disagree with the given statement and mention the detailed reason in my following paragraph.

Many manufactured food and drink products contain high levels of sugar, which causes many health problems. Sugary products should be made more expensive to encourage people to consume less sugar. Since obesity has risen among adults and children, many people has raised their concern about the highly used of sugar. As a result, some people claim that sugary products should raise their price in order to reduce consumption. However I partly disgaree with this view as I think education may be more effective.

With the development of today's technology, electronic devices have entered the house of each person, which has made people's life much easier than before. Children have also been massively exposed to these new forms of technology. However, at the same time, some parents started to complain that it is harder now to educate their children than it was before, because their children would always be playing with their cell phones or other electronic devices. From a personal experience, I think it indeed has become harder for parents to educate their children now. My reasons are provided below.

I disagree with the statement that young people have no say in important decisions, mainly because there are in fact many ways young people today can influence the decisions that determine the future of society as a whole: they can arrange massive protests for a cause, they can make petitions which can have a big impact on society and they might even influence their parents voting decissions.

I partially agree with this topic and will support my idea with more details and practical examples.

This essay shall endorse the former view, however the two divergent views shall be outline after which a feasible conclusion shall be made.

Nowadays, it is common for people to pursue more than one career at the same time or to switch their lines of work frequently. Actually, people of all ages are enrolling in various regular and online courses to acquire new skills and qualifications. The concept of studying until a certain age and pursuing a single career afterwards is now passé. In my opinion, growing ambition and the availability of new and exciting opportunities are the factors that encourage this trend.
