It is often argued that workers must participate in decision-making in company whilst others disagree and think superintendents only should decide the solution. With the rise of human rights and promotion of ergonomic conditions at workplace, employees want to influence on company’s future, but people have different opinions about that. I tend to stay by opinion, that relevant staff members are in charge to stand equally with bosses and also add their two cents.
Over the course of history, gender discrimination has been always talked about and several viewpoints have been widely discussed. In the distant past, male dominance had been an incontrovertible fact, however, over the recent century, efforts have been made to reverse that inequity. One of the ways to implement this modern attitude is giving every woman an equal opportunity to that of her male colleague, like the suggestion made in the title. I generally agree with the attempts to enforce equity within the society. However I do not believe in extreme and mechanical tools to achieve pure “numerical justice”.
It is consider by some people that prolonging imprisonment sentence would assist in lowering the crime level, while others think there are other different methods of reducing crime. In my opinion, I believe that the former statement would not necessarily help, instead educational programs would be beneficial for non-violent crimes.
Although it is considered by certain individuals that sports teach students to be competitive, others believe that team work is also important to be taught. I believe in my opinion, that sports train a child to work as a group since it as it helps to achieve a common goal by taking decision as a group and eliminates selfishness

I will outline both arguments and argue that imprisoning animals for our own entertainment is both cruel and unnecessary.
