It has been noticed that, In some countries owning a house rather than renting one is very important for citizens. In my perception, this is outrightly advantageous to a large extent. My inclination is explained with valid reasons and example.

These days transportation plays a vital role in the society, helping them reach to desire location they wish. Some are of the viewpoint that the government should have to focus more on railway infrastructures and try to improve accessibility. Some people say that when technologies are developed, (the traditional skills and ways of life will die out). They also own the view that (it is pointless to try and keep traditional skills alive). I think people should make a balance between modern technology and traditional skills.
