Although, nowadays it is popular among people to occupy a sophisticated condominium instead of choosing simple houses, there are lot of reasons for individual choices. In my preferences, I still love to stay at old fashion house in which I will give some details in the next paragraphs.

Art is considered an essential part of all cultures throughout the world. However, these days fewer and fewer people appreciate art and turn their focus to science, technology and business.Why do you think that is?What could be done to encourage more people to take interest in the arts?

Art is an important part of all cultures worldwide. But nowadays fewer individuals appreciate art and choose science, technology and business. I agree with this statement and I will clear my view in an upcoming essay.

Providing a financial aid to unemployed people is mostly found in developed countries mainly in Europe. I support this initiative only when the funds are given to the right group of people.

Over the last decades, there has been a leap forward in mobile phone technology with countless advantages. A lot of juveniles, today, spend their time on their smartphones, and this situation can stem from several reasons. Both the reasons and my view is elaborated further passages.

People use transportation means to travel from one place to another. Some are keen on using traditional methods of transportation such as buses and trains while others prefer to use modern means of transportation which are innovative. I strongly support the latter approach which is energy efficient.

In resent years,with the development of society, life becomes more and more convenient.However,this has also led to an increasing number of children developing bad habits due to the convenience of life. I agree that both schools and parents have a responsibility to address this issue.

Houses always played an essential role for the mankind. Our ability to build shelters helped us to enhance dramatically and to settle down our superiority above all other living species on Earth. However, a barely controlled construction process can produce dangerous results.

In recent years a large number of highly skilled professionals like doctors, engineers and IT professionals from poorer countries are migrating to developed countries for better-paying jobs. What are the possible problems of this and what solutions can you suggest to deal with this issue?

Brain drain is huge problem for poor countries .As every year thousand of skilled manpower like Doctors, Engineers and IT professional migrate to devleoped countries like Uk, Germany, france, Neitherland in Europe and Usa, Canada in North america. It is big challange for poor countries to make them work for their home countries. Lets discuss in detail.

There are few people who argue that citizens are responsible to keep their neighborhood neat and clean. While, some of them believe that it is only the responsibility of the government. Making the environment clean is the equal responsibly of both the parties i.e. the residents of the area as well as the government. I also agree with the foremost statement that being the inhabitant of the any residential area, keeping the area should be the priority. Similarly, government should play their roles to maintain the cleanliness of all the areas of the country.

These days older people who have retired often choose to spend money on them. For example on holiday, rather than save money for their children. Is this a positive or negative development

Nowadays, it is common practice for retirees to use all their funds for self enjoyment instead of saving and leaving and leaving an inheritance for their offsprings. I think this is a positive development because it allows elderly people to enjoy the reward of their labour and also instill the habit of hardwork on young folks.

Many people are with the opinion that home is a better place for children's growth while some believe that educational institutes would play a significant role in this context. However, in my opinion both the places have their own importance for the child's development.

In this day and age, human beings’ activities have caused a host of latent drawbacks to natural resources and this result in the lack of which.
