As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual well being. What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?

Majority of people are of the belief that in the conditions of being at work in large proportion of the day, they should have a sense of accomplishement towards their job. In this essay I am shedding the light on what my opinion is, while explaining what factors for job satisfaction are, and also how realistic they are.

It is true that moving from agricultural place to downtown areas to work has bad effects on both two places, while governments could certainly take steps to address these obstacles.

The plans illustrate the changes made to the theatre in a two-year time period. Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that some more facilities like a coordination room, showers, and a restaurant were provided in the theatre plan in 2012, as compared to 2010. Secondly, the size of the whole theatre in general expanded, with stage size almost doubled.

The dramatic increase in traffic makes catastrophic effect on globe specially in urban areas. In this essay, I examine the possible reasons for this trend and suggest some practicle policies that the individuals and competent authorities could implement to reduce the level of traffic in big cities.

Today, the high sales of popular consumer goods reflect the power of advertising and not the real needs of the society in which they are sold. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In the recent years sky rocket sales of products are achieved by mostly enormous advertising campaigns, while acknowledgment of essential human needs is believed to be inferior and insignificant. In my opinion, I do think advertising contributes more to sales, rather than meeting basic human expectations. Reasons for supporting this opinion are that ad campaigns are insightful about their audience and they emphasize on selling desired lifestyle of their consumers.

People are more dependent on technology today than ever before. However, the dependency is not completely advantageous or disadvantageous. I agree more with the development of positive impact of technology in changes of communication. This will be shown by discussing at how knowledge and understanding of a person of the internet affects the usage.

Many nations, nowadays, are known to be borderless as a result of innovation. Same physical goods are now commonly found in many parts of the world, causing an attitude that each country has lost its uniqueness and become more identical. I, personally, think that the extensive accessibility of the product has several advantages which will be explained in the following paragraphs.

Some individuals think that the authorities have the responsibility to change the situation. I strongly agree with this statement and I think that along with the government, parents have also equal responsibility to fix the issue effectively. I will explain my reasons for it in the following paragraphs.

Some people argue that former criminals are the best candidates to demonstrate the danger of crime to school students. These once in-prisoners who have served their times in jail become good citizens. Personally, I do not agree with this statement, for I consider that the negative effect outweighs the positive effect.

In recent times, the modern trend comes and influents many teenagers around the world, it is an improved apperance of fashion this era while some realize that it has a negative impact on community and human beings. Human has innate talent for one kind of work, however it is not mean that he will work on this profession. I totally agree, that people should choose a job that they love, instead of chasing money.

It is commonly believed that 65 years should be the maximum working age. While, others argue that the duration an individual works in the labour force should not be limited to age. Personally, I think that having an age limit of 65 years is perfect.

Nowadays, some people tend to show off their materialistic purchases. However, these people are respected more by the society than those who have a good heart. I completely agree that people no longer value trust and kindness, instead they appreciate those who own expensive things.
