Nowadays, when graduates get a job, there boss found they have lack in the basic interpersonal skills, like they don't have the right ability to work with others as a team. That is problem may have several reasons. However, in this essay, I will disuss this problem and find possible solutions.

I think in today's world, children are becoming more and more lazy compared with older generations, mostly due to the advant of technology. This makes them more unexperienced, which is not a good case. To prevent this, we can give kids some jobs to do while they are still in school to give them some experience. The best choise in my oponion, is comunity service.

Because of the desire of earning more money, many people nowadays are willing to work in another cities or countries and living away from their friends and families. That looks like a small deal, but the truth is that issue can lead to a lot of arguement about the advantages and disadvantages, which also means the necessity of leaving home for a job. In my opinion, the advantages of that development will exist while disadvantages still there. They are in a balance.

Nowadays, There is a grow number of people change their occupation during their working lives, even some of those doing it for multiple times. I Personally believes that insufficent income and inappropriate job are the main reasons for individuals to swap careers. This is a possitive and normal way to stay alive, although it might sounds not professional.
