Nowadays some buildings such as offices and school have open space design instead of separate rooms . Why it is so ?Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

It is true that modern constructions like offices or educational institutions are designed in an extraordinary way than they were in the past. The original meaning of separate rooms has been no longer forgotten in nowadays architecture. In my opinion, this trend is positive enough, because the open areas make cooperative connections between workers and children much more firm and direct.

Creativity can be presented in all forms, through paintings, poetry, making movies, and the list goes on. While artistic and poetic feilds have gained undoubtable respect since the olden days, wheather movies are as relevant remains a debatable topic. This essay will discuss that even though other subjects like drawing or writing are very valuable, in comparision there should be no lack of importance given to films.

Celebrities have reached remarkable net worths and most of them are earning more than politicians who have rich experience on their practice. This is mainly because society assign more value to a famous person contribution rather than a politician contribution. From my point of view, this is a positive development because the society needs to decrease the value that we have assigned to the politicians duties.

In many places, new homes are needed, but the only space available for them is in the countryside. Some people believe it is more important to protect the countryside and not build new homes there.

World population is escalating at an alarming rate due to this scarcity of land to build residents have become an overwrought phenomenon. This has generated a skeptical views among the society, some believe that suburbs should be protected without constructions, whereas I would agree with this notion for the below elaborated reasons.

Food security is one of the major challenge faced by most of the nations across the globe. Some belief, organic food is the only effective solution to overcome it. Whereas, others insist on food scientifically modified to produce in mass quantity as saviour in order to cater the dynamic growing needs of surging population. In my opinion, I agree on the later, considering the paramount of benefits it offers to needy people to suppress their hunger.

Nowadays, people's life quality has improved fast . Most people will have a relax when they have time. I think the government not only need to invest in the arts but also invests in public services.Let's talk about my opinions.

A new trend of moving the production from developed countries to developing ones has become very popular amongst the most companies regardless of their capacity. Although this approach, interestingly, seems to be really beneficial due to several factors, such as decreased cost rates for labor and far less demanding attitudes of local employees, few drawbacks occur to be unevitable in some cases.

Competition has been a part or lives since childhood, be it getting high grades or coming first in a race. While many believe that the act of competing should well fostered in children, there are those who think teaching co-operation instead is more beneficial in the future. This essay will discuss that although the confidence can be increased when one competes, in my view it is more important to learn to work together.

It is difficult to decide whether the volume of time which children spend on TV everyday has more effect on their behaviors or the content include in TV shows. From my point of view, although the length of time which children watch TV in daily life do affect them, I still believe that the content of TV programs has more marked influences in kids.

Over-packing is one of the serious problems which causes numerous harm to the nature. There is an ongoing debate whether the producers or the consumers own the responsibility for reducing the use of plastic. In my point of view, both parties are indispensable in such cases.
