If medical centers serve people without any charge, it may encourage every individual to live healthy, l believe that payment has to be imposed for everybody to stay alert and strong during health issues to balance budget effectively for other realms.

These days, every time you turn on the TV or flick through the pages of a newspaper, you see the news about construction of libraries . Many individuals think that establishing new libraries is wastage of money because they have ulternative source in form of the internet which is free and accessable. I completely agree with the ideas and will support my opinion in this essay with examples.

I personally belive that this approach can have many advantages and disadvantages, in other words, this is two sides of a penny but in my personal perspective, the advantages of this approach outweigh the disadvantages due to reasons will be discussed in the following paragraphs.
