It is thought by some groups oF people that some specialists, in particular doctors and engineers have to be obligated to work in the country where they are completing their studying programms. Whereas, there are some opposits considering that they can be allowed to work wherever they want to do. In my opinion, each person is Free to choose his place to work, and thereFore they can choose it despite the fact that it could be located abroad.
