Today in the business world, there is increasing significance of competition between older people and younger people for the same jobs. The primary issue of this phenomenon is not only the impact on relationships between colleagues in the company but also leads to stress’s individuals and mental health and the most viable solution is to build a good relationship and support the employee in stress and mental health.

In recent times, society give very importance to children's health. Therefore, some individuals believe that parents should attend childcare lessons to take care of their children. In the present era, the population of the globe is increasing at a vast rate. Although, some people agree with the notion that raising rate of the people is harmful for mankind's survival. In contemporary times, the development in technology has led to modernization of the world. Government and other ruling authorities spend an extravagant amount of money in improving the infrastructure of major cities. This involves rennovation of historic bulidings for the purpose of accomodation and changing the view of cities. However, some believe that this money should be spent on new housing schemes and roads. I advocate this ideology for various reasons.

Technology is really transforming people’s lives in various ways, it has a negative effect on people because they forgot about real life, and always sitting in front of their phones. Certainly, in the past when phones didn’t exist, people interacted more lively, they were used to meeting each other in streets, and parks. Nevertheless today, according to statistics 85% of the population in the world interacts with each other only through phones or computers, and most people can’t afford to meet their friends from different countries. Needless to say, it’s not always affected badly, because ,by means of ,technology people make some presents for their friends and send them by email. And also technology is really needed for some workers such as workers or product cooperation with other companies, it’s necessary for their job, but unfortunately inferior for eyesight, and gives headaches.
