In the contemporary world people are facing lot of preassure from in personal as well as wok life and are becoming stressed, in this essay we shall discuss various reasons for this phenomena like need of getting higher grades in education and meeting certain perfomance standards at work etc. Also disucss few solution to handle this stress like stop comparing students in education based on their grades and work place counselling to employees.
