In most successful companies, some people think that communication between employers and workers is the most important factor. Other people say that other factors are more important. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Nowadays, it is argued that one of the main factors in a progressive company is an engagement between employers and employees. However, some would not agree and suggest other ideas how to encourage workers. This essay will outline several factors that have an influence on people during work and evaluate an importance of ones. Personally, I would support the idea that there are many factors that should be encountered.

With the development of social media, more and more youngsters are being allowed unsupervised access to the internet in order to meet and chat with friends which can lead to potentially dangerous situations. What solutions can you suggest to deal with this problem?

Nowadays, as social media are constantly developing, number of younger people using social network without parental control is growing. Even though their intentions are harmful, it can lead to tragic consequences. However, it can be avoided by control of internet use and forcing teenagers having more face-to-face meetings with their friends.

On the one hand, each nation has its own set of traditional values and customs. The traditional values and principles of nations or culture help them bind their people together.
