In some countries levels of health and fitness are decreasing and average weights are increasing. What do you think are the causes of these problems and what are some possible solutions?

It is true that people nowadays are easier to get weight than before, and there is a clear correlation between the frequency of working out and sports. In this article, we will show some reasons why the community choose to do fewer sports and eat more. After the analysing there also will be some solutions to this situation.

Nowadays, children face difficulties concentrating in school classes and their studies. There are a number of reasons why they don’t focus on studying. That, I will explain and give a solution to the problem.
