Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding change. Others, however, think that change is always a good thing.

In contemporary society, public debate has been going on in my country over if people should keep changing in lives. Some individuals deem that no change is better. From my perspective, I support that people should spend their time doing a variety of things. I will analyse both sides in detail in my essay.

People nowadays sleep less than they used to in the past. What do you think is the reason behind this? What are the effects on individuals and people around them?

A common trend of change in sleeping patterns among people is quite noticeable these days in comparison to a few years ago. In my ,opinion the sleep cycle is disturbed due to ever emerging use of various social media and online platforms. Perhaps individuals use internet platforms for their entertainment purpose but sure it does have a negative impact on everyone.

In the future, more people will choose to go on holiday in their own country and not travel abroad on holiday. Do you agree or disagree?

The convenience of modern transportation shortens the distance between places and people embark to go vacation abroad more frequently than it has ever been, whether travelling domestically or abroad becomes another dilemma when plan a trip. A short joy domestic travel seems optimistic for the masses. However, exotic culture and various weather that are offered when travelling to somewhere will never be found in travel at home. I strongly disagree that more people will choose to spend their holiday at home instead of abroad.

Sending criminals to prison is not the best method of dealing with them. Education and job training are better ways to help them. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

There are two controversial perspectives heating up a debate over the tactics to cope with perpetrators. While some claim that putting the lawbreakers behind the bar is the optimal method to cope with them, others make a statement that another far-reaching solution is to educate and train them to become a job holder. While the former is valid to some extent, I would regard myself as an advocate for the latter.
