Workers are the soul of any company. Despite this, it is often said that most of them care more about their income rather than employees' well-being. Fortunately, many ways to improve workers' happiness have been already invented, which can contribute to their overall job satisfaction. To take better care of their workers, companies should change their policies and adopt more workers-friendly ones.
According to some, painting, music and poetry are unskilled occupations and anyone can obtain these careers without being skilled. Some argue that these occupations are acquired by skilled and experienced people. This essay will explore both perspectives before offering my opinion.
Most people think that if you have a lot of money, you will be happier. In my opinion, I do not think so because money is important in our lives, but that does not mean money is everything. However, people can be happy with good relationships with family and friends, as well as good health; all of these can bring happiness.
It is argued that some people are born talented either in sports or in music, while the other argument states that these can to taught to any children for them to become good at it. Although, some people are just god-gifted in terms of playing sports or music because of genetics, I believe that by working hard from an early age, all children can become great musicians or sports personalities.
It is an undeniable fact that the use of public transport is getting popular nowadays. Although, some people might consider it negative, I believe it is extremely beneficial not only because it reduces the traffic on roads and reduces the environmental pollution but also because of its potential for economic development. This essay will explore how these factors make this development a positive one.
The requirement of uniforms in schools has been a topic of ongoing discussion and several people think that it should be mandatory. While I recognize the benefits of compulsory school uniforms, I think there are also some problems that come with this demand.
Whilst the debate surrounding the government's decision toward the idea of increasing the investment money to study the existence of life on other planets is advocated by others, I believe in a more imperative use of such public money in tackling the prevailing problems on our planet.
In recent days, some people believe that the government should prioritize spending money on other things that are more crucial than healthcare like establishing infrastructure or societal needs, while others hold that if a person is without a healthy condition, other things are out of the question. Personally, I agree with both points, it should take a balanced approach to this issue.
A group of individuals present the view that modern technology is widening the gap between the rich and the poor, whereas others believe it is helping to reduce this gap. I strongly agree with the latter opinion, as technology, when accessible, has the potential to create opportunities for everyone.
It is argued that learning mathematics is difficult for certain children so the subject should be treated as an optional one at school instead of compulsory. This article wholeheartedly criticizes this assertion due to the justifications and illustrations provided below.
Due to globalization, a few advantaged languages are making other disadvantaged languages redundant or disappear gradually. However, some people indicate that it would be a favorable thing if languages were fewer. In my opinion, I am opposed to this idea.

Nowadays, a lot of teenagers prefer to work part-time jobs instead of studying and pay attention to the university. I totally disagree with this trend and think that the disadvantages of this trend overweight the advantages.
Numerous time studying is spent by full-time higher education learners, many individuals assume that students ought to do more activities besides learning. In my opinion, I agree with this viewpoint because success requires more than studying.
In the modern era, visual media such as films and dramas have become popular tools for learning, cherished by audiences ranging from young children to adults. Despite the benefits of advanced visual technology and accessibility, these sources also present drawbacks, including inappropriate content for children and the high cost of accessing media.
The extinction of species is often regarded as a natural evolutionary process, leading some to argue that human intervention to prevent it is unwarranted. I strongly disagree with this perspective, as there are compelling reasons to protect endangered species, notwithstanding the arguments rooted in natural selection and adaption.
The balance between work and other parts of life is very difficult to do for many people but few people achieve it. In my opinion, this is due to working long hours, managing time can be a solution to overcome this problem.
Children being successful in their lives has been always a debatable topic among people. Some believe that the kids have to be constantly reminded about things they want to achieve, while others think that this creates unnecessary pressure on the children. Both arguments are valid however, in my opinion, regular reminders may make children lose interest and they tend to be under pressure. The following essay compares both views and provides my opinion on this topic.
Young people are choosing not to vote in the elections in some countries. Such a development causes problems like unfair elections and skewed voting. The possible solutions to this are mandating holidays on election week and incentivising voters for placing their votes.
