In many towns, a lot of people live in large apartment blocks which have several advantages and disadvantages. Although not everyone likes apartments because of a few drawbacks, I believe they provide a more comfortable way of living. This essay will discuss both the pros and cons of living in building blocks.

People hold different views about whether the local authority is obligated to ensure the cleaning of the road or assign it to its people. In this essay, I am going to discuss both of these viewpoints and the reasons why I concur with the former statement.

Nowadays, there are more undergraduate students who are focusing their time on education while they evade other activities which essential to their lives. I totally agree with the argument of taking other exercises because both studying and doing other actions should in balanced. Whilst some people believe it is best to accept a bad situation, others might think that improving the situation can be a better option. I believe that overcoming problems by making more effort is a better decision, rather than just accepting reality.

There is little doubt over the fact that all parents dream of providing the best possible education for their children. This issue has sparked heated controversy with some people claiming that children should start school at 7 years old or more, while others strongly advocate that they should begin it as soon as possible. Personally, I totally concur with the former viewpoint.

Mental, social, and physical well-being is the most fundamental human right, which means everyone deserves to obtain decent healthcare regardless of their nationalities, ethnicities, and religions. This essay will discuss why the existence of revenue-oriented companies is resulting in abundant merits, such as helping a region to tackle the shortage of medical services, which overshadow the downside.

A discourse about a success factor in sports is common, thus resulting in various responses. While some people think that mental strength is a trajectory to success, others say otherwise with physical health as the key. From my perspective, I agree with the latter point rather than the first.

Nowadays, how we look matters more than before. People tend to increase their spending on appearance just so they look younger. It is agreed that the typical beauty standard is only based on the superficial of certain bodily features, such as white skin, an anti-ageing face, a slim body, long black hair, etc. Moreover, it is the thing people do to acquire this that might be a bit concerning.

In modern times, transportation has become a key factor for day-to-day activities where there are those who say that authorities are investing lots of money in public transport such as buses and trains while highways and public roads are declining every day. In this essay, I will examine the positive aspects and drawbacks of tourism and provide my overall opinion.

The people with conservative views claim that the proficiency of certain skills in jobs is based on sex, therefore, making women more skilful in certain professions than men or vice versa. It is my contention that factually, the sex of a person plays a critical role in their mastery of that particular job nevertheless, it cannot be applied to all professions since both sexes could reach the highest level of competency.

There is a rising number of questions about the ethical side of advanced techniques in gene modification. The main benefits of this advancement are to help cure peoples’ illnesses and to create plants that have excellent traits. However, there are some drawbacks which are prone to be used to do malicious actions and selecting only superior genes in humans to create a perfect human being.

Some argue that teamwork is the key to success for companies because companies’ programs involve team members’ collaboration. However, this essay believes that having a good leader to guide the entire team plays a more important role in the success.

Some say this requirement is not needed, while others say this is necessary. In my opinion, this additional information is helpful, especially for the recruiters. This essay will elaborate on both positions below.

Personally, I completely agree with the first statement because bringing phones to schools can affect the children's concentration and social interaction.

It is often thought that employees who are older than 55 have more work experience, but at the same time, there are many things we should consider about recruiting the new generations. In this case, I prefer to agree on encouraging workers who are older than 55 to retire, mainly because changes will be needed to grow the company, especially when they have more potential and more time to explore ways to make profits.

In the olden days, the low volume of motor movement on the roads was not dangerous for the atmosphere and humans due to emitting less gasses and traffic. In the contemporary era, it can be seen dramatically increasing vehicles every day, which are producing pollution and threat to the walking public. Some individuals believe that the administrator should make some arrangements to stop motors for private use and keep the atmosphere clean and safe for individuals. It is completely agreed that the administration should take action, to save humans and the atmosphere.

It is claimed that teenagers do not get any experience of working in school. Moreover, many students only start thinking about it after graduation. That's why some people believe schools should provide additional opportunities to work as well as teach theoretical basics. I find this idea extremely useful and reasonable.
