In some countries, most people prefer to rent their homes rather than buying them. What are some of the advantages and disadvantages of renting homes

Over recent years, many people consider that buying a house is an interesting investment in your life after hard work. However, others are opposed to this statement, they believe that renting provides more benefits. There is a strong argument about this case as I will describe and give my personal opinion in this essay below.

Some people believe that success in life comes from hard work and determination, while others think that there are more important factors such as money and appearance. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Based on some notions, prosperity is just the offspring of diligence,whereas the opponents believe that wealth and appearance are more critical in bestowing success to individuals.However,in my point of view,hardworking would provide the infrastructure of subsequent improvements,while financial issues can exacerbate the process if being utilised properly.Both sides are uttered here.

In some area of the US, a ‘curfew’ is imposed, in which teenagers are not allowed to be out of doors after a particular time at night unless they are accompanied by an adult. What is your opinion about this?

It is seen that there are some places in the US where a night curfew is imposed for teenagers in which without accompanying by an adult they are not allowed to go out after a particular time at night. This is a debatable issue indeed.

Traffic and housing problems could be solved by moving large companies, factories, and their employees to the countryside. Do you agree or disagree?

Traffic congestion and residential areas are the main issues in a city which it needs to deal with. I completely disagree with the idea that one of the solutions to this problem is converting headquarters of companies or enterprises as well as their employees to the countryside, and it seems to me that this idea even leads to new problems for the local society and the environment.

With internet improvements, people can share views or opinions on certain goods or services that they have purchased. Is this a good or a bad thing? Discuss both views and give your opinion.

In our modern technology age, the ability to share opinions and comments on some goods and services is given to citizens owning to improvements on the internet network. This could bring advantages and disadvantages to both buyers and sellers. I assume that its benefits overweigh its drawbacks.

Currently, there is much discussion with regard to technology devices. It is argued that a lot of people believe that technology such as smartphones, tablets and mobile phones have a lot of drawbacks.I completely disagree with it topic because the new technology has a lot of advantages such as help the people reach the education and can help the people.

In the era of modernisation, wild animals are on the verge of extinction. Individuals think that a huge amount of time and money should spend on the conservation of wild animals. I strongly agree that governments should pay attention to the protection of wild animals.

Many believe that it is crucial for governments to oversee public supplies of freshwater. In my opinion, this is an advisable strategy though there are natural risks that must be taken into consideration.

It is irrefutable that water is the most valuable resource of our life. Some people believe that ministry should hard manage to provide fresh water. There are an increasing number of people who prefers prepared meal that is sold in various supermarkets rather than cooking a home-cooked meal. While there are several advantages of purchasing a fast-food meal, I believe the trend gives more drawbacks which means home-cooked food is more beneficial.

Numerous people say that listening to music connects people of different ages and cultures. I strongly agree with that view because some people have the same taste music genre and join the same fandom. This essay will explore the reasons.

Although environmentalists fight tooth and nail , the Shortage of fresh-water becomes one of the main problems around the globe in the current era. The rising world population and climate change are the main causes for this development and birth control and limited environmental pollution can be taken as solutions for this problem .In the following essay , this writer wishes to further elaborate on this matter.

In this day and age,some people think that regulating the level of violence in movies is a necessary job.But others feel that violence takes an important part and should not be limited.In my opinion,the government should have the solution to control and keep the violent scenes at a suitable level.

To live a healthy life, food has a major role in human life. In some countries due to the surge in population people has limited option for food. Insects are one of the important sources for those countries. Although, few people believe that eating insects are neither healthy nor good for the environment. In order to this issue I will discuss both the positive and negative points in my forthcoming essay.

Hang until loss of life is a better decision to stop horrible violation whilst others opine that sentence for activity long is a strong judgment. In the preceding paragraphs, I will discuss both viewpoints and i will disclose my opinion in the end.

Migration can happen at any stage of life. Some young individuals believe that moving out of their birthplace is better for their career growth and better lifestyle. Whereas, others prefer to live their whole life in their hometown due to the emotional attachment with it. In this essay, I will discuss the merits and demerits of this phenomenon and shed light on my view.

A restriction is imposed in which teenagers must not be out of their accommodation between some specific hours at night unless an adult is in their companies in some places in America. However, I refuse to agree with this opinion. In this essay, I would like to further explain my stand and outline some drawbacks and benefits of undertaking this route.

Over the past thirty years,the amount of circulating cars has increased so rapidly that cities are now big traffic jams. As a result, governments have to find ways to face all the problems like this increase. This essay would depict the problem and explain the reasons for my opinion in regard.
