It is obvious that in contemporary society people who possess higher positions in a company get more desirable payment. Some people think it is acceptable while others think otherwise, saying this condition is not fair for normal employers. Both given sides will be discussed in this essay, and in my opinion, although it still has some positive aspects, unequal wages are harmful to the organization in the long run.

No one can deny that In this modern world new youths are leaving school and they are trying to find a job. In my opinion, The main situation is that unemployed nations' governments are not supported to their community and their youngster will not able to take any occupations, there are a few suggestions that might reduce the level of unemployment I will discuss in the upcoming paragraphs.
