A large workplace has a varying age demographic. Those with 10 or more years of experience are seen as mentors to those younger than them and some feel that they should be picked over others. In this essay, I will discuss why some believe that it is better to hire an experienced workforce over a newer one and why it can be detrimental.

Population from rural and poor areas have been struggling to find a university education, mostly due to economic and social development factors. On the other hand, a part of the population believes that the government should facilitate or encourage them to start university. I fully endorse this statement and will provide relevant ideas to support my decision.

I would suggest that improving the existing transportation is better because it is already there.

Professionals state that if elderly people keep a good set of exercises and healthier habits, they will be happier and will have much more health but many older people suffer from a lack of fitness. In my view, what prevents elderly people from a fitness lifestyle is the lack of stimulation coming from their own families and from their health professionals, who are responsible for their care.

The number of obese people especially the young ones has increased rapidly in many developed countries. Recent statistics demonstrate to the obesity rate is growing gradually and governments are concerned about that. In my opinion, the main reason is junk food consumption so the most beneficial way to handle obesity is to not eat these types of meals and do sports.
