The inadequacy of fundamental interpersonal skills among new-hired staff is a growing concern for many enterprises. In my opinion, this is owing to several academic institutions not concentrating on developing practical skills and young learners are often overwhelmed with their hectic schedules. Fortunately, with the assistance of teachers and schools, I believe this problem can be significantly mitigated.

However, with the right support and investment from governments, it is possible to address this issue and improve the lives of illiterate adults.

A growing population of people want to change the way they look by undergoing cosmetic surgeries , that's due to the rising number of beauty trends shown on social media ,I believe this to be a negative development as people should accept and live with the way they look .

There is no doubt that these days students prefer attending internet-based courses over attending physical classes at universities. While some believe that attending actual courses is more beneficial, others prefer online courses due to their convenience. This essay will discuss both views and I will draw my personal opinion.
