The community is concerned with the physical shape of adults and kids around several countries, however, in a recent study of the field it is said for most healthy communities, patients do not have enough physical exercise in their lives which leads to health problems. In this essay, I will comment on the possible causes of that and how it is addressed to improve this situation itself.

It is believed by certain individuals that advertisement in any form is rapidly growing the purchase of goods which are of no use to the public. the statement against the consumption of animals to produce foods, clothes and medicine is going on for years. In the modern era where there's an immense dystopia, status has become a crucial weapon for climbing up the social hierarchy. Nowadays, people go to ridiculous lengths to look rich, and to be seen as elite. As a result, many buy unaffordable, yet unnecessary luxurious items and end up in great debt. From my perspective, this is due to the human desire of being at the top. Moreover, I believe serious measures should be taken, and one effective method would be to get rid of the present dystopia overall.
