Nowadays, many people believe that it is more beneficial to delay their pregnancies, while others think that starting at an early age will be advantageous. Building a family at a young age brings a lot of responsibilities that often cause a psychological problems and not to mention financial difficulties. In my opinion, the advantages of having a baby later in life outweigh its disadvantages.
Many graduates opt to attend colleges and universities which are far from their locality. Although students studying in distant colleges get exposure and become independent, I believe that the disadvantages outweigh the advantages because they might misuse their freedom and get attracted to bad habits.
Nowadays it is common for people to learn new languages that are different from their first or native language, and there is no doubt that listening, speaking, writing and reading are essential to learn. In my point of view, I completely agree with that point as the learner must know all of the skills to be fluent in the language he is learning. The purpose of this essay is to discuss why I am inclined to this opinion.
Purchasing a property such as a house or a building is categorized as a huge decision. So, in some countries, many people try to determine the house's history before they have decided to move in.
Nowadays, the advocacy of staying fit and healthy is quite trendy, therefore, most of the public believes that riding a bicycle is a better option for good health and sustainable living, though it is still being ignored in other countries because it is less accessible and prone to accidents in a busy highway. Government should motivate the citizen by sharing awareness about the numerous benefits physical and environmental, as well as building bicycle paths to avoid street tragedies.
It is clear that in the contemporary era, trends have changed a lot. It is still a commonly held debate whether the use of bicycles is beneficial for individuals or not. I am of believe that riding bicycles have its own significance rather than disadvantages. I would like to analyze both views before drawing a conclusion.
Government investment in the arts is considered to be wasteful. Instead, it should put more money into public services. It's disagreed that the government finance only public services. Two arguments with explanations will prove this in the following photographs.
Nowadays,children have the ability to learn a foreign language more than adults.However,the question is why people have become more effective and productive when they have learnt a different language not their own language at an early age.A growing number of people believe that the best age to learn individuals is childhood.I completely agree with this opinion and in this essay,I will discuss the results and causes with examples.
In recent years, unemployment is an issue that troubles many countries. Some people think that primary education is sufficient while others consider secondary school essential. I totally agree with the latter, and I will explain it in the following paragraphs.

I disagree that salary is the main factor because most companies pay a similar amount of money for the same job, and the culture of a company is far more important than monetary considerations.
There is a strong feeling that there are better solutions to wrongdoings.Despite this, long-term imprisonment has always been thought to be the best.Too much stay in prison can lead to the hardening of criminals.Additionally,I think educating the public against crime and creating job opportunities can be a long-term solution for society.
There is no denying that humanity is facing numerous problems and the most prominent among them is environmental issues. Therefore, several worries from the public have been expressed about how to repair the environmental impact, many people say that raising the gas price is the best way to solve this trouble. While this way of thinking seems convincing, I think there are better solutions to tackle this dispute.
These days the majority of schools offer to students meals and drinks with high concentrations of sugar, fat and carbs. It means that kids don't have a healthy alternative for lunch at school. I think that selling unhealthy foodstuffs and drinks in educational facilities is a negative development because it leads to forming unhealthy food patterns and increases the risk of diseases at an early age.
Reaching higher heights in Art and sports cannot be attained only through natural talent. It is often argued that natural capability is much needed for success, whilst others disagree with this. This essay will discuss how any child can achieve glory through proper guidance and individuals hard work. I believe success can get with hard work and adequate training.
