During the period of economic growth, more and more people will own homes, and the demand for housing rises while supply is limited. As a result of this phenomenon, it begs the question of where new housing should be built. In the already well-developed cities or in the new areas that have not been established yet. I believe there are advantages and disadvantages to both options, I will elaborate more on this debate in the following paragraphs.
Unfortunately, many individuals do not conserve the streets and space where they live clean and organized because they think that's the government's responsibility, while others claim that it must be our job as citizens to keep everything clean. In my opinion, of course is our duty to maintain everywhere we go clean and brilliant, and I will demonstrate my point of view in the following lines.

Art should be praised in the form of financial support according to some while others are against this idea.Now it has become the topic of debate between them. In my ,opinion artists should be supported by any means not only financially so that they can focus on their talent.This essay will discuss both opinions in further paragraphs .
People prefer to pay approximately all their payments with the banking instruments like credit cards and loans. Because, there are numerous benefits such as the ability to long-term debt payments, diminished carrying of cash, easily affordable luxuries and usefulness for online shopping. However, overusing cards and loans have negative influences. I strongly believe that moderate use of these instruments is more precious.
This is always a hot topic for debate about that should pupils give suggestions to the teaching methodology of the tutors at secondary educational centres while some advocates of education institutions urge that it may increase disrespectful behaviour towards them. I support the prior notion and both the opinions along with mine will be explicated in the following paragraphs with justifiable exemplifications.
Several people are highly concerned that exposure to violence in media might harm society. On the other hand, others believe that consuming such media would not significantly influence people’s behaviour. I firmly believe that violent content has the potential to harm society. Therefore, it is worth exploring these two opposing views below.

Especially, citizens seem to rely significantly on their leisure time on technological entertainment, which impacts both positively and negatively on both individuals and society. In the course of this essay, I would elaborate on the advantages and drawbacks of technology entertainment before giving a rational conclusion.
Some individuals are against the notion that all experimentation on animals is bad and these practices should be abolished.Nevertheless,others think that crucial scientific explorations can be gained from animal experiments. I believe using animals for scientific research and experiments has some benefits.The next paragraphs will discuss support and give references to them.
Nowadays, a recent surge in the number of people enrolling on a remote class than signing up to attend it physically has been reflected in more colleges following the same practice for their own benefits. However, I have a clear inclination toward being present in person to receive the learning.

over the past few years, computer games become more common among the young generation. while some people hold the view that these computer games would have detrimental effects on children, others believe that the harmful effects of these types of entertainment are undeniable. while I agree with some effective influences of video games, I think its problems are likely to be more harmful.
