In today's fast-paced society, many people have developed poor eating habits and do not consume a balanced diet. This trend is largely due to the convenience of fast food and the hectic lifestyles that leave little time for preparing nutritious meals. In this essay, I will explain the reasons behind this issue and suggest possible solutions.

People often believe that the death penalty is effective in preventing serious crimes while others think the life-long sentence is more likely to discourage potential offenders from committing illegal acts. I partially agree with the latter, for more severe experiences they would have to make amends for their sins regardless of the death penalty being an extreme form of punishment.
